RHOTHOR™ DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE
The rhothor™ laser deflection system is a completely digital driven scan head.
This hardware architecture gives the user the possibility to
modify the system's internal dynamic behaviour.
Together with the rhothor™ hardware the software "rhothor.exe" comes along.
rhothor.exe is developed as a rhothor™ diagnostic tool giving the user the ability to control,
modify and test the behaviour of the rhothor™ laser deflection head.
General features of this diagnostic software:
- Test the behaviour of a rhothor™ laser deflection system by carrying out standard tests.
These tests include round tool, square tool, jumps and noise tests.
- Study the dynamic behaviour of the standard tests.
A digital scope shows setpoint and actual values
- Change the global parameters of the deflection head.
- Change the dynamic behaviour of the X and Y scanner individually by changing the regulator parameters.
- Calibrate the full scan field and make the deflection head a self-correcting XY-system.
