Alex F. Schreiner is named as President of Newson USA. Alex has over 15 years experience in developing UV equipment for production applications. At Phoseon Technology, Inc. Alex was part of the core team responsible for the development and sale of UV SLM Light Sources serving as the Director of Engineering and Technology and later as the Director of Business Development. He has worked on UV laser capital equipment and process development with ESI, Siemens, and XSIL Ltd where he functioned in a variety of roles from Sales, Application Development, Engineering Management and Business Development. Previous to the UV laser capital equipment Alex served as the production manager at Ohmite manufacturing where he was responsible for the design and manufacture of custom hybrid circuits. He holds patents in UV laser processing, UV Light Sources and has developed proprietary commercial processes in use for reclamation of F007 Hazardous Waste. Alex has a PhD in Chemistry from Northern Illinois, and speaks fluent German, and enjoys time off in Austria with his family.
